Bob Horian - After creating and operating Recoton, the highly successful manufacturing Company which employed over 1,000 people, he turned to Real Estate Development. Bob has lead the development numerous projects in the residential housing market and later expanded into the high profile retail commercial market. He has been acknowledged on numerous occasions by local governmental authorities for having created considerable capital investments and job creation as well as having made major contributions to the economic well-being of the area. Ron Semans - has had very successful careers in Banking, Management Information Systems, Hospitality & Real Estate Development. He currently manages the Operations and Finances for 20 development companies, in which he is a partner in some. Ron currently specializes in the acquisition, renovation & stabilization of distressed properties. Because of his extensive background in Land Development, Vertical Construction and Banking Practices, Ron brings unique insight and creative solutions to dealing with distressed real estate. Ron has a degree in Business from the University of Florida and has had extensive training in Management, Finance, Technology, Real Estate and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Community Association Manager and Building Contractor.
