Oscar Waterfront Bar and Grill was a full service restaurant with full Liquor service established on the shores of Lake Monroe, Florida.  The facility was planned, constructed and managed by Suncor Properties, including all equipment specifications, menu selection and staffing.  Suncor Properties implemented and managed all facets of the operation.
Wolfys Waterfront Bar and Grill, was a full Liquor service establishment with a bar also located on the shores of Lake Monroe, Florida.  The facility owned and operated by Suncor Properties, including all menu selection, staffing and accounting. 
Vineyard Cafe and Food Court was a buffet restaurant with attached Food Court located in the Seralago hotel and suites, Kissimmee, FL  The facility was operated by the staff of Seralago and owned and supervised by Suncor Properties.
